1. Registering as a Member

-          This function allows the customers to register as a member before they can purchase a product.

 

1)      On the first page of Earthscope website, click on the “Sign Up” link.

 

2)      The following screen will appear.

 

3)      Input the necessary information and click on the “Submit” button.

Note: If the shipping address is the same as the billing address, check on the “Is Same with Billing Address” checkbox.

Note: If shipping address is Singapore, it is not necessary to fill in the information under the section of “Shipping Information”, contact Earthscope Enterprises Pte Ltd at (65) 6270 3367.

Note: To receive future product information, check on the categories checkboxes that you would like to receive.

Note: Your email address will be used as the username for logging into the system.

 

2. Logging into the system

1)      On the first page of Earthscope website, click on the “Sign In” link.


2)      The following screen will appear.

 

3)      Input the username and password and click on the “Sign In” button.

 

2.2 Forgot Password                                                                                                                                                                                 Back to Top

- This function allows the customers to retrieve the password in cases where they forgot their password. The password will be sent to the customers via email.

 

1)      Click on the “Forgot Your Password?” link in the interface as shown in step 2 under the section “Logging into the system”.

 

2)      The following screen will appear.

 

3)      Input your email address under the “Enter Your Username” and click on the “Get Password” button.

 


3. Browsing for Products

 

3.1 Browsing for Products by Product Types & Themes                                                                                                               Back to Top

- This section shows the customers how to go about browsing the products.

 

1)      To browse for products based on product type, click on the categories under the “By Products” section on the left hand panel as shown below.

 

2)      To browse for products based on themes, click on the categories under the “Themes” section on the left hand panel as shown below.

 

3)      Click on the “+” sign to expand the categories.


4)      Click on 1 of the categories and the products related to the corresponding categories will be displayed on the right hand panel as shown below.

 

5)      Click on either the Product Thumbnail or the Product Code to view the product description.


6)      The product description is as shown below.

 

7)      Input the quantity desired into the quantity field and click on the “Add to Cart” button. Alternatively, you may input the quantity desired into the quantity field followed by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button in the product listing page.


8)      Upon clicking of the “Add to Cart” button, the product will be added to the shopping cart.

Note: For Poster Products, you can select the desired poster size by clicking on the dropdown list as shown below.

Note: Once the posters products are added, you will be able to see the poster size as well as the quantity that had been added to the shopping cart.

Note: To view the different page sizes, click on the “View Page Sizes” link. Upon clicking of the link, you will be able to see the different page sizes as shown below.


3.2 Browsing for New Products                                                                                                                                                             Back to Top

- This section shows the customers how to go about viewing new products.

 

1)      On the first page of Earthscope website, click on the “Click here for more” link under “New Products” section to view the new products.


3.3 Browsing for Promotional Products                                                                                                                                              Back to Top

- This section shows the customers how to go about viewing promotional products.

 

1)      On the first page of Earthscope website, click on the “Click here for more” link under “Promotional Products” section to view the promotional products. Alternatively, you may click on the “Promotions” link underneath the top banner.


4. Shopping Cart

4.1 Adding Products to the Shopping Cart                                                                                                                                         Back to Top

- This function allows customers to add products to a cart for the time being until they decide to checkout.

 

1)      Repeat steps 1 to 6 under the section “Browsing for Products by Product Types & Themes”

2)      Input the quantity desired into the quantity field and click on the “Add to Cart” button.

3)      Upon clicking of the “Add to Cart” button, the product will be added to the shopping cart.

 

4.2 Viewing Products in Shopping Cart                                                                                                                                               Back to Top

- This function allows the customers to view the products that they had added to the cart.

 

1)      On the first page of Earthscope website, click on the “Shopping Cart” link.


2)      The following screen will appear.

 

3)       To review the product description, click on the product.

 

4.3 Editing the Shopping Cart                                                                                                                                                                Back to Top

- This function allows the customers to edit the items (e.g. edit quantity of items, remove items) that they had added to the shopping cart.

 

1)      Repeat steps 1 & 2 under the section “Viewing Products in Shopping Cart”

2)      To edit the quantity, change the quantity in the quantity field and click on the “Re-calculate” button.

3)      To remove a particular product from the shopping cart, click on the “Remove” link next to the product description.

4)      To checkout, click on the “Checkout >” button.

Note: You will be prompt to sign in if you had not signed in before checking out.

 


5. Search Functions

 

5.1 Using the basic search function                                                                                                                                                     Back to Top

- This function allows the customers to search for an item by using the basic search function.

 

1)      On any page of Earthscope website, input a keyword into the search field and click on the “Search” button as shown below.


5.2 Using the Advance Search function                                                                                                                                              Back to Top

- This function allows the customers to search for an item by specific criteria.

 

1)      Click on the “Advanced Search” link on any pages of Earthscope website.


2)      The following screen will appear.

 

3)      Check on the fields that you would like to search.

 

4)      To search by price, input the min. and the max. price.

 

5)      Select “All Search Criteria” or “Any Search Criteria” under the “Display results that meet:” section. Select “All Search Criteria” to display results that meets all criteria and select “Any Search Criteria” to display results that meets any of the criteria listed.

 

6)      Input the keywords into the “Keywords” field and click on the “Search” button.


6. Checking Out

- This function allows the customers to check out their products after they had completed their shopping experience.

 

1)      Click on the “Check Out” link on any pages of Earthscope website.

Note: Ensure that your shopping cart is not empty when you check out.

 

2)      If you had not signed in earlier, you will be brought to the “Sign In” page.

 

3)      Input your username and password and click on the “Sign In” button if you had not signed in earlier.


4)      The following screen will appear.

 

5)      To go back to the shopping cart, click on the “Back to Shopping Cart” button.

 

6)      To edit the order, click on the “Edit Order” button.

Note: To change the mode of payment or edit the quantity of the products, click on the “Edit Order” button to edit the mode of payment and the quantity of the products.


7)      The following screen will appear.

 

8)      To go back to the shopping cart, click on the “Back to Shopping Cart” button.

 

9)      Edit the necessary information and click on the “Calculate & Check Out >” button.

10)  To edit the product, click on the “Edit” link next to the product information.

11)  To remove the product, click on the “Remove” link next to the product information.

12)  To print the order, click on the “Print Friendly” link.

13)  To proceed with check out, click on the “Confirm >” button.

14)  You will be brought to the Worldpay website for payment.


7. Saving Products

 

7.1 Append Products to Shopping Cart                                                                                                                                               Back to Top

- This function allows the customers to append the products that they had saved earlier into the shopping cart.

 

1)      Click on the “Save My Products” link as shown below.

2)      The following screen will appear.

 

3)      Click on the “Append Products to Shopping Cart” button.

4)      The products will appear in the shopping cart upon clicking on the “Append Products to Shopping Cart” button.

 


7.2 Save Products from Shopping Cart                                                                                                                                               Back to Top

- This function allows the customers to save the products in the storefront.

 

1)      Repeat steps 1 & 2 under section “Append Products to Shopping Cart”.

2)      Click on the “Save Products on Shopping Cart” button.
Note: Ensure that the shopping cart is not empty when you save the products.

 

3)      The products will be saved upon clicking on the “Save Products on Shopping Cart” button.

 

8. Order History

 

8.1 Viewing Order History                                                                                                                                                                        Back to Top

- This function allows the customers to view the purchase orders that they had made before.

 

1)      Click on the “Order History” link.

 

2)      The following screen will appear.

 

3)      Click on the desired order number to view the order.

 

9. Order Enquiry

 

9.1 Submitting an Order Enquiry                                                                                                                                                           Back to Top

- This function allows the customers to select an order that they had made and submit an enquiry with regards to this order.

 

1)      Click on the “Mail Order Enquiry” link.

 

2)      The following screen will appear.

 

3)      Select the order number to be enquired from the drop-down list.

4)      Input the information into both the “Subject” & “Message” field.

5)      Click on the “Submit” button to submit the mail order enquiry.


10. Payment

- This function allows the customers to submit a payment for the orders that they had made.

1)      Click on the “Payment” link.

 

2)      The following screen will appear.

 

3)      Input the information into the “Cheque/Receipt No.” field.

4)      Check on the order that you would like to make payment.

5)      Click on the “Submit” button to submit the payment.

6)      You will be able to view the status of your payment under the “Payment History” section.

 

11. General Enquiries

- This function allows the customers to submit a general enquiry.

 

1)      Click on the “Send Enquiries” link at the bottom of the page.

 

2)      The following screen will appear.

 

3)      Input the necessary information and click on the “Submit” button.


12. Suggestions

- This function allows the customers to submit suggestions on new ideas of the products.

 

1)      Click on the “Suggestions” link at the bottom of the page.

 

2)      The following screen will appear.

 

3)      Input the necessary information and click on the “Submit” button.

 


13. My Account

- This function allows the customers to view their account information.

 

1)      Click on the “My Account” link.


The following screen will appear with the information of your account.

 

13.2 Editing My Account Information                                                                                                                                                    Back to Top

- This function allows the customers to edit the information in their account.

 

1)      Repeat steps 1 & 2 under the section “Viewing My Account Information”.

 

2)      Edit the necessary information and click on the “Submit” button.

 

14. Changing Login Password

- This function allows the customers to change their login password.

 

1)      Click on the “Password” link.

 

2)      The screen below will appear.

 

3)      Input the current password and new password followed by confirming the new password and click on the “Submit” button.


15. Unsubscribing from a Mailing List

- This function allows the customers to unsubscribe from newsletters.

 

1)      Click on the “To Unsubscribe, click here” link in the newsletter email.

2)      The following window will appear.

 

3)      Click on “Yes” to unsubscribe and “No” to cancel the action.


16. Logging Out
