By accessing the Earthscope.com.sg web site you acknowledge that
you have read and understood the Legal Notice section and you agreed to be
bound by the provisions herein.

Prices
All prices are listed in United States Dollars. You can check the approximate
conversion to your own currency by clicking on the <Currency Converter All
prices are exclusive of delivery charges which will be determined upon checking
out for payment.
All prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
Electronic Payment
Only valid credit cards acceptable to Earthscope may be used for orders placed
with us, and all refunds will be credited to the same card. By submitting your
order for processing, you authorize us to charge your order (including
shipping, handling and any amounts described on the Site before order
submission) to your card. If your card cannot be verified, is invalid, or is
not otherwise acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled
automatically. Your order may also not be accepted if the credit card billing
address is different from your mailing address. You agree to update your card
information to keep it current at all times and that we may submit charges for
processing even if your card has expired. You must resolve any problem before
proceeding with your order.
Payment will be debited from your card or account before the dispatch of the
goods you have purchased. Upon processing a transaction, WorldPay will issue
you with an electronic transaction receipt which will be sent to the email
address you provide. Filling out of the order does not mean an order has been
accepted, a confirmation email will be sent by us. It is of the utmost
importance that you key in a correct email address.
Freight
Overseas orders shipped via Federal Express are delivered within 4 days within
Asia and 7 days for the rest of the world
Non-delivery of or Damaged Goods
Earthscope will not accept responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under
the following conditions: -

The address given is incorrect.

No such person at the given address.

No valid contact number was given for us to make reasonable
attempts to contact the recipient in order to execute the order successfully.
For subsequent attempt or redirection of orders, a surcharge of
[USD10] will be applicable.
In the case of non-delivery please wait [ 7 ] working days from the date of
your order in case it has been delayed. In case of goods received damaged or
faulty please retain the goods and contact us within [ 3 ] days of receipt via
email or phone (please see contact us),
whereupon we will arrange for the damaged or faulty goods to be exchanged or we
will provide a refund of the cost of the goods (which will not include the cost
of delivery) upon receipt of goods. However, we cannot make a refund for goods
which have been damaged by you after receipt.
Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card on which the purchase was
made. Please include the receipt and send them to us at the address below in
the original packaging to:

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection,
we recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you
for the value of the goods.

pleasurable as possible. We take your privacy very seriously. The information
which we receive from you is used to process orders and to provide you with a
more personalised shopping experience. This means that your information will
not be sold or otherwise divulged to third parties without your prior consent.
Electronic payments through this site are highly secure. Your credit card
details are encrypted, so they cannot be read even in the unlikely event of the
purchase details being intercepted.

The above terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. You
agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Singapore Law for any and all
disputes, claims and actions arising from or in connection with the information
